Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Sanklan Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd collects and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account: your email address.
• Files: audio and video you upload, and the results we create.
• Payments: order and payment IDs from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage: what tools you use, file lengths, and basic technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.

Why we use it

• To sign you in, process your files and send you the results.
• To take payments and keep tax records.
• To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your files to train AI models.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded files and results: deleted automatically after 7 days, or sooner when you delete them.
• Our team opens your files only when needed to fix a processing problem, check a result you've complained about, or handle a refund request.
• Account and payment records: kept while your account is open, and as long as tax law requires.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run Alfaz: hosting and storage (e.g. our cloud server and Cloudflare), email delivery, and Razorpay for payments. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@alfaz.in. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
