Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sanklan Ventures (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Alfaz", "we"), Haryana, India. By using Alfaz you accept them.

1. The service

Alfaz processes audio and video files you upload: noise removal, transcription, subtitles and captions. Results are produced automatically by AI models and may contain mistakes. Check important results before you publish them.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results we produce for you.
• You confirm you own the content or have permission to use it, and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights.
• You give us permission to store and process your files only to provide the service. We do not use your files to train AI models.
• Files are deleted automatically after 7 days. You can delete them sooner from your account.

4. What you must not do

• Upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or that infringes copyright.
• Use Alfaz to impersonate, deceive or harass anyone, or to create misleading content about real people.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or get around the limits of the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules and remove content when required by law.

5. Payments

Paid minutes are sold in packs through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees. Minutes do not expire. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Free tier

Free use has daily limits and a watermark on subtitles and captions. We may change free limits at any time.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Haryana, India have jurisdiction.
