Failed jobs

If a file fails to process, you are not charged any minutes. Nothing needs to be requested.

Unused minutes

You can ask for a full refund of a pack within 7 days of purchase if you have used none of its minutes. If you have used some, we refund the unused share of the price.

Quality problems

Results are produced automatically by AI models and may contain mistakes. Minutes are charged for every file that finishes processing, whatever the quality of the result, because the processing work has been done.

If you are unhappy with a result, write to us within 7 days with the job details. We review every request and may, at our discretion, return the minutes, process the file again or refund the cost of that file. A return or refund for one file does not create a right to one for other files.

How to ask

Email support@alfaz.in from your account's email address with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. You can delete your account at any time by writing to us.
